Hello! I am Sally Van Nuys, the artist/owner of Folk 'n' Fiber, Folk Art & Rug Hooking.

At Folk 'n' Fiber, you will find my original primitive hooked rugs, punch needle embroidery, and various fiber artworks, as well as a full complement of kits, patterns, and supplies. My site offers free tutorials and books to help with your rug hooking and punch needle embroidery.

You can also find completed fiber artworks and other hand-crafted goods at my web site, as well as in my Etsy shop. Magazine models are sometimes offered for sale from my projects designed for Create and Decorate magazine.
